Chef Dave’s Berry-nana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup or 6 oz. frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
- ½ cup plain vanilla or lemon low fat yogurt
- ¾ cup orange juice or apple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients into a blender and use puree setting until smooth.
